The old USI/CCSR Scheduling Calendars are being replaced with a new and better calendar system. Before you visit the calendar, there are some things you need to know.
- When you visit the site for the first time, you will be warned that the security certificate is invalid because it is unrecognized by your web browser. If you are unfamiliar with accepting certificates, go to http://charter.uchicago.edu/caldocs/ssl/ for instructions on what to do in this situation.
- Documentation for using the calendar is available at http://charter.uchicago.edu/caldocs/
- The calendar software is accessed by logging in with your CnetID and password. You must have a CNET account to use it.
- Once you have logged in, your account must be authorized before you can make reservations. You will receive an email when this has been completed.
- The old calendar may still be accessed, but it is now read-only access. No new appointments may be made on it.

Important
IF YOU HAVE MADE ANY RESERVATIONS ON THE OLD CALENDAR, YOU MUST NOW ADD THEM TO THE NEW CALENDAR TO AVOID ANY CONFLICTS WITH NEW APPOINTMENTS THAT ARE MADE THERE.
